About a specific property
Quote the reference code shown on the listing — for example SCS26004 or MLSC3439183. It is the fastest way for us to find exactly what you are looking at. You can also send an enquiry or request a viewing directly in the chat and an agent will come back to you.
Reporting a problem with the app
Please tell us if you hit any of these:
- A property looks wrong — incorrect price, wrong location, missing photographs
- A property shown as available has already been sold or reserved
- A search returns nothing when you would expect results
- The results or detail view fails to load
Email info@sunnycasas.com with the property reference and roughly what you asked, and mention that you were using the ChatGPT app so it reaches the right person.
Things worth knowing
- A viewing request is not a booking. We will contact you to agree a time. Nothing is confirmed until we do.
- Listings change. Availability and prices are live, but a property can be sold or reserved at any moment. If a reference stops working, it has most likely gone.
- ChatGPT can get things wrong. It may summarise a property imprecisely. Check the listing on sunnycasas.com, or ask us.
- Some filters are not available — notably compass orientation and whether a pool is private or communal. That information is missing for most listings, so we would rather not filter on it than give you a misleading answer. Ask us and we will check a specific property by hand.
